Client Acquisition
Relationship-led acquisition priorities and channel roles.
Provisional. Based on unverified or external material rather than confirmed Semblance evidence.
Priority sequence
- Complete the website and core case studies.
- Document BoTree, Meyer Werft, Singita and Rockefeller accurately.
- Approach existing and warm industry relationships.
- Build a researched list of relevant procurement and consultancy firms.
- Use personalised outreach supported by the strongest relevant case study.
- Automate only after a manual process has proved effective.

Channel roles
Website: primary credibility and conversion destination.
LinkedIn: professional visibility and relationship support. The appropriate cadence is not yet proven; quality takes priority over volume.
Instagram: visual credibility, secondary to direct B2B acquisition.
SEO: long-term discovery through project pages and specific hospitality-art queries.
Email outreach: selective and personalised, not automated mass prospecting.
Content priority
Project case studies should come before generic thought leadership. Claims about client pain or industry trends require evidence.
Not accepted
- two to three generic LinkedIn posts per week
- installation-logistics thought leadership as a core theme
- mass outreach
- automated publishing without approval
- positioning procurement firms as unnecessary middlemen
