Website Strategy
Locked six-section site structure and client-conversion goal.
Primary goal
Give art procurement firms, interior designers, developers and hospitality clients enough confidence in Semblance's work and credibility to make contact about a project.
Locked navigation
HOME · PROJECTS · THE WORK · CREATIVE DIRECTOR · CONTACT
Locked homepage structure
- Hero
- Positioning / Differentiator
- Recent Projects — one featured project
- The Work — curated style directions
- Creative Director
- Contact CTA
There is no Process page and no seventh homepage section. The June 2026 build specification supersedes the May site-content document on these points. (source: semblance_build_spec_2026-06.md, Site Structure and Removed/Cut)
Project pages at launch
- BoTree Hotel
- Meyer Werft Cruise Liners
- Singita Safari Lodges
- Rockefeller Hotel
Saatchi / Florida is added only after client approval.
The Work
The Work is a curated set of aesthetic directions, not a catalogue. It must contain no collection names or numbered pieces. Existing images act as visual starting points for custom conversations.
Site character
Luxury without loudness. Authoritative without coldness. Creative without chaos. The site should feel like a serious studio, not a gallery, SaaS product or photographer portfolio. (source: semblance_build_spec_2026-06.md, Aesthetic Direction)
Technical implementation
Technical stack, image specifications, SEO requirements and current content status remain in raw/semblance_build_spec_2026-06.md. They should not be duplicated here unless they affect brand decisions.
