Brief-to-Artwork Working Method
Internal delivery pattern, not a proprietary marketing mechanism.
Provisional. Based on unverified or external material rather than confirmed Semblance evidence.
This is an internal working pattern inferred from confirmed material. It is not a named proprietary system and should not be marketed as one without further documentation.
- Understand the brief: identify the intended space, aesthetic direction, subject, palette, dimensions, practical requirements and deadline.
- Set the creative direction: translate the brief into one or more clear visual territories.
- Develop concepts: create review-ready mockups showing how the direction may work in context.
- Refine the approved direction: incorporate agreed feedback while maintaining visual coherence.
- Create the final artwork: develop the approved work at the agreed dimensions and specifications.
- Deliver production-ready files: supply high-resolution files for the client's production process.
Important boundary
The method ends at production-ready delivery unless the proposal expressly includes further services. Printing, framing, fabrication, shipping and installation are not implied.
Evidence needed
Document the actual steps, revision conventions, approval stages and handoff requirements from completed projects before this becomes a definitive operating framework.
