Custom commissioned artwork is Semblance's primary offer.
Semblance interprets a project brief and develops original artwork around the space, aesthetic direction, dimensions and deadline. Work may involve one artwork, a coordinated set or multiple bodies of work across different areas of a property.

- delivery of high-resolution, production-ready artwork files to agreed dimensions and specifications
- licensing and reproduction rights defined according to the scope of the project
Concept development and final artwork production
Initial concepts and mockups may be developed quickly to support client presentations and approvals.
Once a direction is approved, the final artwork is recreated and refined through Semblance's production workflow. Depending on the complexity of the piece, this may require approximately half a day to a full day of production per artwork.
This distinction must be explained clearly to new clients so that concept turnaround is not confused with final artwork production time.

Commercial structure
Custom commissions are normally priced through a creative fee together with licensing or reproduction fees defined per project.
Licensing terms are agreed according to the requirements of the project.
Copyright, licensing and reproduction rights are defined in scope-and-exclusions.md, which is the canonical policy for all Semblance services.
